This is a note to myself:
Be happy every day, live your life, and explore the depth of your inner self.
What my mind thinks, is what it will create.
Be aware of the mindsettings that we feel safe to turn to.
For an example; if I keep thinking that I am not worth feeling happy, I will believe it, and I will feel miserable. So I believe that I am not worth feeling happy, the impact of that feeling will become reality.
If you understand that all feelings are just feelings, and that they are all universal, maybe you can see, that these feelings will not last forever.
And just observe with equanimity and notice, do not dislike your unpleasant feelings or have cravings for your own pleasant feelings.
Analyze your dreams, meditate daily and feel…..
